i love it- i immediately identified with the child. i think some people would see this picture and feel negativity but my instant gut reaction was a feeling of *happiness* ^^
Happy is how the villages made me feel. There were so many cute, happy and friendly kids. The simple village life of creating food from the land with no machinery and the close big families was magic to wittness. I think the remote villages had the most nice, kind, happy, friendly and beautiful people I have ever met. The people in the village had a good laugh when a water buffalo chased me :) Small children in the village could easily control many water buffalo.
lol, my sentiments exactly, lately i have been spouting loads about how i dislike modern life and modern society. but i'm grateful for not having to carry my water from wells I guess... i could do without all the eletronic dependency and overload though...lately I had been imagining what life would be like pre money when everything was about trade and self subsistence...and your whole day revolving around gathering food and making clothes etc with the greatest stress you'd have in life being when you were threatened by the charge of a wild animal! good to see you had such a nice holiday :)
I created this blog to be an open diary to all the people in the world that I do NOT know. I have not used my real name and no-one that I know, knows that I have this blog. I have 2 beautiful children. Married the girl I had been with since school. Discovered she was having an affair. She left me for a drug addict and became one herself. I am trying to give my children the best childhood possible and rediscover myself.
